Our Story
Building the Foundation for Girls Rooted in Identity, Guided by Wisdom, and Prepared to Lead
Founder Story
Ticki Favaroth
The ADISA Institute was founded by Ticki Favaroth with a bold and intentional vision: to invest in the spiritual, mental, and emotional development of the next generation of girls and future leaders.
After decades of building businesses and advising leaders across industries, Ticki observed a consistent truth—while many individuals achieve success, far fewer are truly prepared for the responsibility and impact that leadership requires. She recognized that leadership success alone is not enough.
True leadership is formed through character, shaped by wisdom, and sustained by emotional strength.
This realization became the foundation of The ADISA Institute.
Created as a space for intentional development, the Institute is designed to cultivate girls and emerging leaders who are grounded in identity, guided by wisdom, and prepared to lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose.
Through mentorship, leadership formation, and community, The ADISA Institute is committed to raising a generation of young women who will not only lead—but lead with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
Because when we invest in girls early, we don’t just develop leaders—
we shape the future.
The future will be led by those who are formed today.
Our Vision
Shaping the Future Through Identity, Wisdom, and Leadership
We envision a world where leaders are not defined solely by their accomplishments, but by their character, their wisdom, and their commitment to serving others.
At The ADISA Institute, we are building that future—by intentionally developing girls into leaders who are grounded in identity, guided by wisdom, and prepared to lead with purpose.
One girl. One leader. One future at a time.
Leadership Philosophy
Leadership From the Inside Out
We believe that true leadership begins within—formed through identity, refined by wisdom, and strengthened by emotional resilience.
Leadership is not measured by position, but by character, clarity, and a commitment to lead with integrity in every sphere of life.
At The ADISA Institute, we develop leaders from the inside out—equipping them to lead with purpose, influence, and impact.
Wisdom Circle
A network of mentors and leaders who invest in the future by shaping the next generation. By sharing wisdom, offering guidance, and building intentional relationships, they help young girls and emerging leaders develop the confidence, clarity, and leadership needed to influence their communities and the world.
