Ascend Circle™ (Ages 8-13)
Building Identity. Nurturing Confidence. Introducing Leadership.
Ascend is a foundational leadership experience designed to help girls ages 8–13 develop identity, confidence, and emotional awareness during their most formative years.
Through mentorship, guided activities, and intentional learning, girls are introduced to leadership from the inside out—gaining a strong sense of self, developing emotional intelligence, and building the confidence to express themselves and lead in their everyday environments.
Impact:
Girls leave Ascend with increased confidence, stronger self-awareness, and the foundational skills to grow into future leaders at home, in school, and in their communities -
Aspire Circle™ (Ages 14-18)
Developing Purpose. Strengthening Discipline. Activating Leadership.
Aspire is a foundational leadership experience designed to develop emerging leaders through identity, wisdom, and leadership. At this stage, girls move from awareness into action—gaining clarity on who they are, what they believe, and how they will lead.
Through mentorship, leadership training, and real-world application, Aspire equips young women with the discipline, confidence, and skills to lead with purpose and shape their future with intention.
Impact:
Participants leave Aspire with clarity, confidence, and leadership readiness—prepared to take initiative, make informed decisions, and lead in their schools, communities, and future endeavors. -
ASCENSION™ (Ages 8-18)
Developing Purpose. Strengthening Discipline. Activating Leadership.
ASCENSION™ is the full Legacy Circle™ experience-guiding participants from identity formation to leadership activation and ultimately into legacy stewardship.
At this level, girls move beyond personal growth into ownership-understanding their role in shaping, managing, and expanding legacy across generations.
Through immersive learning, mentorship, and real-world application, ASCENSION™™ equips young women with the wisdom, discipline, and leadership capacity to lead with intention and multiply impact.
Impact:
Participants emerge with a strong sense of identity, the discipline to execute, and the leadership ability to steward and grow legacy-prepared to lead in their families, businesses, and communities with confidence and purpose. -
Wisdom Circle™
Guiding Leaders. Sharing Wisdom. Shaping the Future.
The Wisdom Circle is a network of mentors and experienced leaders dedicated to investing in the next generation. Through guidance, shared experiences, and intentional relationships, mentors support girls and emerging leaders as they grow in identity, wisdom, and leadership.
This community provides insight, encouragement, and real-world perspective—helping young women navigate challenges, build confidence, and step into leadership with clarity and purpose.
